Problems with getting status

After I set up my cameras to my phone, It just says getting status. I don't get a live feed or anything. Anything I can do to fix it?

Both WiFi and cell service? What phone and OS?

The phone is android, and the cell service is tmobile on both phones we are trying to get them connected to.

It is connected to wifi, its all connected it just says showing status. How am I able to see live feed and recorded feed?
