I am in the process of setting up my Arlo system; 5 Essential Spotlight cameras and a Smarthub. I have noticed that I don't recieve push notifications to my Android phone unless the Arlo app is active. Not ideal!! Movement incidents are recorded but no notifications. Is this normal? Any help appreciated!!

If you background the app (go Home) without logging out, notifications still work. You must remain logged in.

Got it. I've allowed the Arlo app to run in background.
