I was able to access and see all my recordings up until a few days ago. Now it’s only allowing me to see previous recordings till the end of December 2020. All my recordings from January are gone and I can not see new recordings either . It does show that I have new recordings and I have subscribed and done the 2 step authorization. It’s all up to date as well. How do I fix this ?

Sounds like your library calendar may be in December 2020. Check to see it is in Jan 2021 since you have a current subscription.
