I cannot connect the cameras to my new ISP. I've reset them, reinstalled the app. Charged the cameras up and swore a lot. Am I being stupid?? Please help me, I'm going greyer as I'm typing this . . . . .

When you say you've reset them, did you follow this reset procedure? How do I factory reset my Arlo wire-free camera?
If so, you must also make sure you've removed them from the mobile app before attempting to resync.

In addition to the recommended steps make sure:
- the device you're trying to manage the cameras with is on the same WiFi ssid
- ensure DHCP is enabled on the wifi router
- the wifi is using 2.4Ghz and not just 5Ghz. Many smart devices use the 2.4Ghz spectrum for better wireless range.
