Camera image is tinted red ?.?

You have a first! Since you can't pull the battery to reset it, try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices as well as using the reset procedure by holding the button for >10 seconds. Reconnect it to see if that helped. If not, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Please provide a video clip/screenshot of what you are experiencing. Does this happen on recorded content as well as live streaming?

Sadly no cure found.

All combinations of app/camera/night vision removal/re-installation tried but no success.

Camera has been exchanged by Amazon.

Mine just started showing a pink or purple tint even on recording? Tried everything.

Try removing the camera, factory reset, and re-sync. Do you still experience the same issue?
