Essential spotlight camera - image tinted red
You have a first! Since you can't pull the battery to reset it, try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices as well as using the reset procedure by holding the button for >10 seconds. Reconnect it to see if that helped. If not, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
Sadly no cure found.
All combinations of app/camera/night vision removal/re-installation tried but no success.
Camera has been exchanged by Amazon.
