Our arlo essential stopped charging. We plugged it up last night, checked it this morning and it was still on 26%. There is no lightening bolt to indicate that its charging. I tried contacting customer support once through live, got as far as the email and phone number, didn't hear back from them. Called customer support, their having technical issues so they couldnt take my call.
I don't know what else to do. Prior to the battery not wanting to charge, we had to reset up our arlo, we went to the app and the device wasn't there. It was like we had to set it up for the first time.

No charging issues start with the charger itself as well as the cable. Are you using the Arlo-supplied charger and cable? Have you tried a different set? If all seems good, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a possible hardware issue.
