Arlo Essential monthly charge - First Invoice is complete nonsense, hugely inflated

I've just got my first invoice for Smart Premier Multi Camera Monthly service -  it reads:
Monthly charge 6.66

Taxes                    1.33

Total (for one month) 15.98

 

Yes -  There are two periods in the middle of 15.98, whatever that means. It is completely garbled. I can't find a way to get in touch - all service categories are about hardware/software....
