Unable to manual record, cannot see previous videos, and cannot download multiple videos

I have tried to submit the follow to Arlo but I cannot not. Oddly this has annoyed me allot lol I thought I was a patient person. But this is testing.

 

I go to support and try to leave a message, I cannot because it says that chat is available. I try to go to chat and it says:

Welcome to Arlo Chat Support

So then I go to https://www.arlo.com/ContactUs/SubmitQuestion.aspx and I submit my question.

Unable to record from Desktop Arlo
Nothing happens when I hit the record button in Chrome: Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Android Application
I cannot view previously recorded videos. When I enter the app it will display the number of videos/photos for example (121) but then when I click on it, it displays 0 and all functionality within the app is then broken. So I need to restart the app by force quitting.

Unable to download all on desktop
Go to calender day view.
Click "Select"
Click "Select All"
Click Download
1 item downloaded which is the first item of the day.

I wasn't able to replicate this on Google Chrome. Is this happening when you're on incognito mode? Have you tried on a different browsers as well?

What phone device do you have? And make sure that you don't have the filter enabled on your library.
