I just bought arlo baby and using it on arlo app and apple home kit.
I have an issue with turning off the live feed in apple home kit. I have turn off the device from the arlo app, but when I open my apple home kit app, the cam still live. How do I turn it off besides turning off the power.
My arlo baby is currently on firmware 22.214.171.124_791 and using ios 12.3.1
No luck on getting in touch with them, I have been in a queue for "live chat" for an hour or so and it still displayed as 'Please hold while we connect you to an agent.' They don't have an email too in their support page.
