My arlo baby is a Japanese version. The current firmware version is 1.8.5.3_21226. The hardware version is 7, and the version of the ios app is 2.6.2. When using the pushtotalk function in the app, the prompt "We are sorry, arlo does not have support for pushtotalk on this device", please help me solve this problem. Thank you.

Hey @guohuageng,
Have you tried to reinstall the app to see if this fixes the issue? Do you have a screenshot that shows this error too?

A new version has been released, which is 2.6.3 for the Arlo app. Try to update your app and see if anything happens. And could you verify again your hardware version for your Arlo Baby?
