I have a few issues with my now 3 year old baby cam:

1) temperature and humidity sensors are stuck on ‘0’

2) no music sound coming out of the app (in the app the song indicates it is playing and volume is on max, but no sound comes out of the camera).

I have removed the device and the-added it; I restarted it; and I click the reset button. These didn’t fix the issues.

Have you tried removing and re-installing the app then adjusting the settings?
