System will not set up

Trying to set up baby monitor and it will not connect to the phone and system is not setting up have reset the device a few times and it will not connect i have good wifi and system will not set up

Is it possible to perform the setup process on a laptop if you have not already? What is the error you are receiving at which point during the setup?

this Baby monitor is usless i have tried to set up useing 

1 LT

3 Phones 

2 tables 

3 different Wifi's 

system wil l not set up so i am sending it back 

not fit for purpuse
