Still getting notifications when outside geofence

I have geofencing set up to have notifications ON when inside the geofence and OFF when outside (so my husband or I don't get notification bombed when at work).

 

My husband has still been getting the noise and motion notifications when he is outside the geofence. Help please!

Increase the size of your geozone... see if it helps
