I have been trying to reicieve a warranty covered replacement since October. After speaking to 4 reps., I finally spoke to a lady name Ivy that started the RMA and told me to check for updates, and that once it had shipped I would receive email tracking conformation from fed ex. It’s the still in processing over a month later and nothing has chances on the RMA check page. Why is this taking such an absurd amount of time to get a warranty replacement?
