I Cannot Grant My Husband Access With The Arlo Baby

Just set up Arlo Baby., but I cannot grant my husband access to see cam from his app.
We have other arlo cams, & i’m able to grant him access to those.

Have you tried accessing your account differently? eg if you're trying from an iOS app, to try via the web client
