every week it seems like there’s a different issue with this camera. This week I get a grey and pink pixelated screen but can hear audio. There’s no update available for the app and since this is a baby monitor I would like to be able to see why my kid is crying. Any ideas? I’ve already tried restarting it as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the arlo app
I just purchased my second Arlo Baby and right off the bat, there's the pink tint. I've tried factory resets and power cycling but it is still always the same pink tint.
I've returned to the store i bough it but they refused to take it back unless Arlo issues an RA. The sales person was on the call with Arlo and we tried to debug it together but because there is no wifi in the store we cannot continue to debug it.
I'll be getting a call back later in 2 hours time 😞
