Do not update your iOS device to the most recent version of the Arlo app if you still value being able to connect to your device. I am unable to connect to video or audio over any device that has the newest version of the Arlo app installed. This is an outrageous mistake, and one that must be corrected as soon as possible.
Sending an admin to post a vague acknowledgement of this error on a locked thread is an affront to this entire community. We, the end users, drive the train here. This product continues to be an abysmal failure, and despite Netgears otherwise good name, Arlo as a solo brand is an absolute zero brand as it currently stands.
Your negligently designed app even has the audacity to mention new products in the description on the App Store. Caveat emptor. I’d never buy again.
