Continuous sound on iOS devices not working

When I exit the app on either by iPhoneX or my iPad the continuous monitoring stops working. I have turned the camera on and off and even restarted device with no luck. I am starting to get frustrated with the app not working as we are trying to transition baby to nursery and would like peace of mind that all is well. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Hey @Ambiwalker,

 

Are you referring to the Always Listening mode? Make sure that the head logo is showing the X to ensure that it is working, which is shown below.
