Had Arlo Baby for a number of years. A couple of days ago Arlo Baby disconnected and cannot get it to reconnect. It goes through the whole setup process, can hear the chime and light is solid blue, but app does not find the device. I have been trying to reconnect for a couple of days now without any luck.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any advice? Thanks in advance!
Thank you for your response. I have previously tried resetting, but it did not work. I unplugged it again this morning and when it restarted it miraculously just worked. Not sure why or how, but it seems to have sorted it self out.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
