We had an issue with our sky broadband that was fixed two weeks ago. Since then I cannot connect the Arlo Baby ABC1000. I have done the power up/ also the rest option/ and tried to reinstall the device on the app but nothing has worked. 

There is now no orange light and the blue light when trying to connect only flashes for about 10 times then just stops. So fails to find the device to reconnect.

It sounds like the factory reset may not have completed successfully. Follow the instructions listed here and then try onboarding again: https://kb.arlo.com/1282685/How-do-I-reset-Arlo-Baby-to-factory-default-settings

Thank you very much James! I had tried this step but I didn’t hold the reset button for 10 seconds. So it has now worked.
