Probably means can they use it when the camera is not recording or in live mode. ....... great response super user/guru ..... hope you haven’t got to that status by as many helpful posts on others questions!! 🤦‍♂️

Yes, I mean when I am in room with baby, so camera is no needed. Can light be used in case not to turn rooms light? Sorry for my english 😣
