Can I View Arlo Baby Over ip (VLC / other IP Cam software)?

Is this possible ? have the ip etc,, of the camera however dont seem to be able to use it within other software

While Arlo needs an IP address, the stream is not for what is normally considered to be used as an IP camera. It requires cloud access with the exception of the Baby's direct streaming mode to the app.
