Bad Streaming quality over Wi-Fi

Hi,

I got an Arlo baby and haveing quality issues on streaming to a mobile device on the same network.

The Arlo is connected to the 2.4g and when opening the ipad app its really bad quality compared to streaming on cellular or through the laptop.

I know there is a known issue with mobile streaming and i have switched the ipad to the 5g band and bluetooth is off. However the quality is significantly worse than a laptop on the same 5g band or via cellular.

I would verify the FW version of the camera is the latest

Also remove the app and reinstall just in case.

If still the same , try a reset of the Arlo Baby.

PS.   What ipad gen and/or os.... ??
