Hi there. My Arlo baby camera stopped working , did a restart and still only getting the amber solid light. Any other suggestions?

Remove feet, turn off battery. Unplug for a few mins.

Replug in, Do a full RESET by holding in reset for about 10 secs till the led flashes.

Set up again as if new.

If none above works, it may be DOA

I have tried that just still getting the solid amber light. No way to connect to with Arlo for support .

Yes any other suggestions. I really need my baby camera. Never had an issue before.
