Bought this new system and have spent almost half a day trying to connect it to my apple phone. Did factory reset and sync. The device shows error when I try to name it as “internal naming error”. The device detects QR code, chimes and keep stable blue light. Can’t figure out how to get it to work. It sometimes shows the serial number in detected devices and sometimes doesn’t. Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Hi Sappu,

 

Are you always getting that error when trying to add your Arlo Baby? Could you show a screenshot where it shows the error?
