I get to the point we're you hear the chime. It searches but can't find it. But as I sit next to it the light is blue and it is connected to the router but I can't see it. Any advice would help.

Have you tried to reboot the camera by unplugging it and trying to sync again. Please make sure the battery power switch is in the off position when you do this (Located on the bottom of the camera). Please make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed. iOS v3.2.1 Android v3.2.2
