Arlo baby will not scan qr code first time setup

Just bought a new arlo baby...
No chance to get it connected via the app, tried tablet, Android and iPhone.
What is going on? It just wont scan the qr code and connect, how can something this simple not work?

Now we managed to connect finally with a iPhone, camera picture is not visible so probably the item is broken on arrival, thats why it cant read the qr code...
