Arlo baby unresponsive. Tried power cycling and reset. Power cable and plug working fine.

I bought my arlo baby monitor last year when I found out I was expecting.
I set it up a couple of days ago and it seemed to be working fine, until my app said the camera was no longer connected.
I went to have a look at the camera but there were no lights on at all.
The camera is completely unresponsive.
I've tried power cycling, I've tried the reset button, I've tried removing it from the app, but nothing...
The power cable and plug are both working as I've tested them on another device.
I'm lost as to what to do next.
I've spoken to support on live chat who cant help me as I'm in the UK so they gave me a number to call and I just wait on hold for around 10 minutes and then it hangs up on me
Can someone help?!

since you tested and confirmed the power function , it may just be a defective unit as there are no led action at all...
Have you contacted Arlo re warranty ( one year ) , in US it would be thru ; https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
