Hi there, for a few days now we've had sound issues with our Arlo baby. The sound seems to reverberate. Doesn't seem to matter which device we play back on

Can you provide more detail regarding this issue? Is the camera echoing or vibrating when the speaker is engaged? Are you using the app or web when this issue occurs or both?

Thanks Shayne. It's the app - on Android and Apple devices. Not sure what you mean by the camera vibrating or echoing? The sound is echoey but haven't looked at the camera

Sorry, I was referring to the the definition of the issue you explained, you mentioned the word reverberate. Can you provide more detail on what is occurring?

Ahh understand now! Thank you! Yes there is an echo on the sound (android and apple apps), it's quite quick but everything is playing twice
