Arlo baby second monitor will not connect to app on fire tablet ABC1000-200NAS

We have one arlo baby monitor connected to our app on our iphones and our fire tablet. We had a second baby and were able to add the additional monitor to the app on our cell phones but have been unsuccessful adding it to our fire tablet. When I attempt to connect it I am able to get past the chime step, it searched for the arlo camera and then ultimately says arlo not found. Everything is updated. Is there a way to fix this?

Once added to your account, you don't add it again. It has nothing to do with your phones or tablets (or the web client) - it's all about your account. By any chance are you using a second account that was granted access for the tablet? If so, the primary account needs to use Settings, Grant Access to allow the second account to see the camera.
