The last few weeks the monitor has been saying low battery and turning off even when plugged in all the time. Very frustrated!
Have tried resetting, in syncing then syncing back up, switching off the power underneath and unplugging it.

Have you checked the power adapter ?
Have you run it with the battery off or on ?
If the ac adapter is no good, the battery only lasts a few hrs at night before drained ( 6 hrs in day )

I’m having the same thing. App shows 100% battery but get alerts that it’s low. Something on the backend I think. Very frustrating.
