Arlo baby night vision seems worse with new app

I have always had clear night vision. Just downloaded new app, not sure if that is related to my problem but now night vision is so dim i can’t see my baby!

have tried all the trouble shooting stuff. Turned night mode off and on, turned up brightness, turned off status lights, checked camera is not pointed toward a reflective surface etc etc.

also very annoyingly the live chat on Arlo support won’t load and i need this fixed asap. Camera is less than 1 year old.

Have you tried to reset the Baby yet ?

hold in reset for about ten secs till led flashes, re sync

 

Haven't seen an issue with Baby and new apps here.
