Arlo baby does not charge after 3 weeks and does not start. Tested cable and toggled on/off button.

Hi, our camera has been working fine for 3 weeks now it stop charging and does not start. Tested charge and cable and are working fine. Fiddled with the on off button and has been on connected to power all night too. No luck, any suggestions? Thank you

Is it the original cable/adapter?

Have you tried a reset of the Baby ?

Yes. Brand new. To use the original equipment and reset is basic I guess.
