Unable to reset arlo baby camera light stays solid ember. Unable to connect in home or app.

Contacted support and was basically told my camera is out of warranty and defective and nothing can be done. A bit disappointing the amount of issues such a pricy camera has. Also seeing the amount of people who are experiencing the same issue with no solution
