Arlo Baby won’t turn on. Had it for over a year. Tried plugging in and off.

I am so upset. Our baby monitor all of a sudden just completely went dead. It won’t work or turn on. I have tried it plugged in with and without the power switch on and without being plugged in. Tried to reset it. Nothing. No LED lights at all. It’s like it’s toast! I called the support line and they were unwilling to help me since it is 1.5 years old and not within the year warranty. My daughter is only 17 months old and now we are out a 200$ baby monitor. I feel like this monitor should have lasted longer and the arlo company should have done kore to rectify this situation.

Does anyone have any suggestions on any fixes?!? We are desperate to get it to work.
