Arlo Baby won’t reconnect

My internet went down for a couple of hours yesterday. When it came back up, the monitor would not reconnect. I have tried everything. I removed the device from my account and tried to add it back. After I scan the QR code and hear the chime, it fails to find the camera. I’m going on two days now without being able to monitor our baby - absolutely ridiculous. Anyone have any suggestions other than buying a different camera?
