Arlo Baby stuck on solid amber light

I can see older posts about this but I have tried all the trouble shooting suggested and read through the comments and nothing is working. It’s still stuck with the amber light on solid.

Factory reset doesn’t do anything, light still stays on, left it overnight, drained the battery. Nothing. Removed the device from app, now can’t add it back on.

Any help please?? It’s 2yrs old.
