Arlo Baby speaker volume low on Android

So we bought our Arlo Baby approximately 2 years ago and never had too many issues with it. Out of nowhere about 3 months ago the volume on the Arlo when I talk to our child through the app on my phone (Android) is as quiet as a whisper, even with the speaker volume at 100%. My wife uses the app on Apple and it works just fine, no volume issues.

Now, I've tried everything from resetting the device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and for unrelated purposes I even got a brand new Android phone all together. Nothing seems to fix this issue, even a hardware update on the Arlo.

Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this more effectively or have a resolution? Please and thank you.
