Hello, 

I am unable to setup the camera throw iPhone or laptop. The camera read the  QR code, bur afterwards none of the iPhones neither the laptop was able to find the camera. Any idea to solve?

 I saw another post that the 5G connection might be na issue, but I only have one type of connection (standard, I believe).

Have you tried to perform a factory reset with the camera?

Yes I did (button below sync button right?). Didn´t work either.
