Hi, my husband and I just bought an Arlo Baby 1080p HD Monitoring Camera and it wont live stream. It comes up with a button saying we need to update the firmware but when I press it it says it's updating but nothing has happened. When I go into settings and device info it says press to update and wont let me. Any suggestions?

Try resetting by removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it as if new. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the camera and see if the update works then.
