Arlo Baby no notifications on iPhone

Our WiFi dropped a few days ago and since then I’m not receiving any push notifications for the Arlo Baby Camera on the iPhone app. It’s only when I go in to the app I can see the number of alerts but no sounds or badges come up on the phone whether it’s locked or not. I’ve tried resetting etc and ticking all requirements in the app and on my phone, removing and reinstalling the app and nothing will work.
I’ve noticed a message saying all devices are already in use with other rules? Have no clue what this means?
Appreciate any help on this thanks!

Can you show the screenshot where it says "all devices are already in use with other rules"?
