Arlo Baby motion detection not working at all

For me the motion detection is not working at all. In armed mode both audio and motion detection is enabled.
Our son can stand up and walk around without being noticed. Alert starts on any noise instantly so we we get alarm when the door is closed or toys make a noise.
Last night he stand up and came to our bedroom, no alert. Even not in the morning when I moved in the room to open the window shutters.
I crawled all settings to find suitable sensitivity settings but found only areas to add. I preferred the full screen as one area so without a defined area.

Have you changed the sensitivity for the motion? Also, you can try removing the camera and then adding it back onto the account. You would need to set up the rules for the camera again once it is re-added.
