Arlo Baby freezes on “motion & audio settings” page

Arlo Baby freezes on “motion & audio settings” page In the app. When I hit the 3 dots under this cam, I hit “motion & audio settings.” However, I cannot edit these settings. The top of the page says “getting status...” but stays that way indefinitely. I am currently getting notifications for every sound and movement that happens in front of the cam. The camera has been reset and the app is updated. Please instruct me on how to resolve this issue.

For now can you access a computer and go to the web acces via your browser.... see if that works ( also it will show if it's the app or system problem )

as to phone, easy to uninstall and reinstall the app too.
