Hello!
My Arlo baby suddenly went undiscoverable after months of working smoothly. I removed device from the app, tried manual reset, power
cycling, but to no avail. The amber LED does not even switch on. Any idea why the camera doesn’t power on? Could it be a problem with the reset button?

Calicauliflower,
If the LED does not light up at all, this is an indicate the device is not receiving power. This could be due to hardware failure or a defective power cable.
You could try a different power cable and test to see if you still experience the same behavior.

Hi James,
I tried different wire and power points to no avail. Does it mean it’s a hardware failure? How do I fix such an issue?
thanks
