Arlo baby cam is only playing audio with black screen after recent update on iOS 2.7.14 latest apple update

I’ve tried logging out
Deleting app
Deleting camera and resetting it up and still audio and a black screen
Please look into this
Also the Apple TV app is also acting up. Only get a black screen no audio no picture just buffering
Firm ware updated needed for both ASAP

Have you attempted usage on different devices ; like a computer over phone ?

Yes, Another iPhone, and an Apple TV only still the same after update to iOS 13 and with the new arlo app 2.9 released on the 19th September Only sound no picture

No I haven’t contacting them I’ve had no luck getting connected

This camera has been relatively fine up until iOS 13
Now you can’t connect to it like before
When you do it last a few minutes before it disconnects and it goes to black screen
Plus There is still security issues with home kit that have still not been resolved
Seriously netgear release an update and fix the huge bugs in this build
