my Arlo baby (serial number 4WD174SU3E7C3 & Model ABC1000) has stopped working. It was working fine until one day it said it was offline all the time. Deleted the device from the iPhone and have not been able to add it again as it doesn't show when trying to find it. I have also tried to reset it to factory settings as well as power cycle and set it up manually pressing the sync button and with the QR (it does make the chime but then where it says searching for the device it cannot find it) the light is amber blinking all the time.
what can i do??
Please help!!!!

I have tried to find a solution via the live chat of the support team and they only suggest the actions that I have already tried.......possible to get an address or the way to send it to get it repair?

I am having the EXACT same issue as this user. My baby is six months old and I have yet to use the arlo baby monitor because it will not pair to my Arlo App.....I tried factory reset 3 times and it does nothing. The monitor chimes when I scan the code but then it can't find the device. Super frustrating and I'd like to return the monitor at this point because it's useless if no one can help me.
