When I try to connect to the camera via the app, I get picture and sound as it should. However, when I try to talk back to our baby, a spinning circle appears and hangs on connecting.

Both my girlfriend and I both have this problem with our phones. We also experience the same problems trough the website.

 

I have an iPhone XSPRO Max
My girlfriend has an iPhone 11 Pro

What else can we do?

  May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
