Arlo Baby - Can't add camera to account

Cannot add camera to my account. I went through he process on computer and on iPhone and both failed. I can connect the camera to the wifi (led is solid blue), but the next step (to set name of camera and timezone) does not work. On the web, the link to connect is (got this from the error message):

It gives the following response:
{"data":{"error":"2015","message":"Your session has expired. Please log in.","reason":"Missing Authourization header"},"success":false}
I am guessing the error is that it is search for the Authourization header while it should look for the Authorization header. There seems to be a typo in the firmware that could be the source of this error. Is there a way to update the firmware via USB to solve this issue?
Here is the info I got form the iPhone app:
iPhone X
System version: 13.3
Arlo, Version 2.12.2 (1925)
I did try to reset the camera several times with no success. I power cycled it as well.

I really doubt it. Far more likely that it's just the error message text that is misspelled.
Note I've seen a couple of these errors today - so it could be a problem in the cloud back-end.
I suggest resetting the camera ( https://kb.arlo.com/1282685/How-do-I-reset-Arlo-Baby-to-factory-default-settings ) one more time and trying again. If it fails again, contact support: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
