Arlo Baby ABC1000

I just got an Arlo baby. I got the app and followed all the setup steps and it was working great. I wasn't sure how to turn the camera off temporarily so I clicked camera off in one of the settings. When I went to turn it back on etc, it wouldnt connect so I deleted the one account/camera figuring I would set it up again, but now it wont connect to the app and its not connecting. Ive tried to power cycle it, hit reset so it goes back to factory settings etc. Its super frustrating because I cant access the previous camera setup but clearly its recognizing it in someway because it wont connect or let me set it up again. Im basically locked out and not sure what to do to get it conected and working again. Help!!

Have you tried to remove the Arlo Baby From the Settings > My Devices & re install?
