Arlo Baby has been performing oddly for the past 3-4 weeks.

 

In summary, I still get alerts and sensor readings so the camera is still connected.  When trying to connect to see the video, the camera either: 1) fails to connect or 2) has a massive delay such that I can go to my child’s room before video starts (30+ seconds).

 

I have another Arlo Baby that works fine (and placed it in the room where the non-functioning camera is and it works fine) so its clearly a specific camera issue and not a network or non-camera device issue.  Has anyone else experienced this and any solutions?

Hi @jmelizondo

 

  May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

I factory reset the camera.

Support is sending me a new camera so hopefully this is resolved
